It seeks to remove manual leaks, minimize the waiting period, and provide all subsidies, pensions, scholarships, and welfare benefits to the concerned individuals through payment directly into their bank accounts. But how does this system operate? What are its technical barriers? And how do we improve it with new technologies such as AI, Blockchain, or API-driven systems?
